Steps to Register for the NNAAP Nurse Aide Exam

Complete Nurse Aide Training Program
Student should finish the state-approved nurse aide training program.
If you did not finish a state-approved training, you might still register under a different eligibility path as listed in the Candidate Handbook.

Create Your CNA365 Account
Create an account with our online CNA365 system to sign up for testing by clicking the "Sign Up" link on the login page. You will need to send an application for screening in order to register for examinations.
We extremely advise that you read the Registration Quick Reference Guide with comprehensive guidelines on how to register online for your exam BEFORE you begin the registration procedure.

Attention Candidates who have formerly checked under the NRTC!
If you have previously evaluated the National Nurse Aide Assessment Exam through the Northern Regional Testing Center (NRTC), when you create a CNA365 account, all of the information from your previous NNAAP examinations will rollover to your Credentia CNA365 account.
